Adidas NMD_R1 On Sale
Last night adidas Originals held an event in NYC in which they unveiled a brand new silhouette that’s being known as the Adidas NMD_R1 Cheap. The new lifestyle runner with some retro inspiration is set to officially release on December 12th, but a reflective Consortium version has already hit retailers today. The Adidas NMD_R1 Sale is defined by a micro-engineered BOOST midsole and lightweight Primeknit upper which references progressive styles such as the Micro Pacer, the Rising Star, and the Boston Super. This new Consortium version comes with a Black Primeknit upper and 3M detailing pretty much everywhere that you see grey on the shoe.
Female fans of the Adidas NMD_R1 On Sale line get some great news today, with the announcement of release dates for a number of upcoming colorways and constructions for the hot new adidas silhouette. The NMD R1 launches in a number of sleek feminine looks, kicking off with the limited edition white mesh construction with blue midsole tabs. Three distinct collections are backing it up, including the Suede, Mesh/Suede, and Neoprene packs, all of which can be previewed here.
Whether you got your hands on the first Adidas NMD_R1 Men release or missed out thanks to the limited quantities, by now you’re probably thirsting for more of adidas’ hottest new silhouette. After initially dropping in late 2015, we’re finally getting a second colorway of the NMD, this time with a bold graphic across the Primeknit upper. The TV fuzz-like graphic covers the sneaker from heel to toe, with accents in black and an absence of the three stripes at the midfoot like the first colorway.
Released in limited quantities that disappeared immediately, the “OG” Adidas NMD_R1 Women that released late last December has become the most coveted version of the sleek new adidas silhouette so far. If you haven’t been able to get your hands on a pair of the black, white, red, and blue colorway, your next best option is coming soon. The original look is replicated on this upcoming version, featuring the same red and blue midsole inserts but with an all-white upper replacing the tonal black of the initial NMD release.
