Hot on the heels of Solebox' dope Then and Now Pack releases are four new colorways of the Adidas EQT Men's/Women's. These joints laid the foundation for the now infamous adidas EQT basketball sneaker, and thought they don't offer a removable inner bootie, these joints echo the same school of thought with their use of plastic supports along the eyelets and heel. Each of these new colorups has a timeless feel, with all-white, black/white and black/white/royal fitting in to any era and the 'Aqua'/'Grape' palette looking just as fresh as in the early '90s.



adidas Equipment was a major part of Three Stripes' 1990s marketing efforts and the Adidas EQT Shoes basketball line has been celebrated in a number of retro and collaborative releases. The EQT's running forebears had been all but forgotten until now, with the adidas Equipment Support making a comeback. The 'Now and Then Pack' is slated for a December 2010 release right about 20 years after the OG white/green/grey/black joints hit back in '91, featuring a trio of new colorups to spice up the mix.

One of the premier models that adidas has been working with lately is the Adidas EQT on Sale, and today we get another impressive color way perfect for the gloomy Autumn days. Black, grey and white looks good on any shoe really, but the color blocking on this EQT is superb, with an upper composed of light grey suede, with hints of black across the toe box and side panel. A white midsole provides a stark contrast against the darker shades of the rest of the sneaker, making this yet another hit from adidas.
